Support I.T. Packages

CVW Group offers a choice of two Support I.T. services to meet your needs.

Standard Service

Four hour response time, Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Business Critical Service

Two hour response time, 24 hour x 7 days

Logging a support call couldn't be easier. Simply call our dedicated customer Helpdesk on (08) 9221 8600. This gives you a single point of contact for all problems or queries and also allows you fast access to telephone assistance from our team of qualified and experienced Network Engineers.

CVW Group Support I.T. contracts are based on a system of pre-paid hours. As they are pre-paid, CVW Group offers you a 25% discount off our normal rate. Hours can be purchased in blocks of 10 or more. At any time you can increase or top up the number of support hours making sure that you have control of your support investment.

As a CVW Group Support I.T. client your problems will be given a priority and you will receive a monthly report outlining the number of hours used and type of support that has been provided.
